Los Angeles races to contain wildfires before severe winds return

Wildfires devastate Los Angeles, 24 dead, 100,000 evacuated

  • Red flag conditions of high winds returning

  • All of L.A. County warned anyone could be ordered to evacuate

  • Seven states, Canada and Mexico send firefighters to help
